Refund & Cancellation Policy

Casa Kaëla Healing & Sound

At Casa Kaëla Healing & Sound, every session and event is prepared with intention, time, and care. Because each experience is reserved specifically for you, this policy ensures energetic and scheduling balance for both client and practitioner.

1. Individual Healing Sessions (Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Gong, and Combination Sessions)

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total session cost.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next appointment’s start time.

  • Package clients: Missed or late-canceled sessions count as one session from your package.

  • Packages must be used within six months of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you are feeling unwell or experience an emergency, please reach out. Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost whenever possible.

2. Events, Workshops, and Private Sound Healings

  • All ticket sales and deposits for events, including GONG4ALL and private sound healing bookings, are final and non-refundable.

  • If Casa Kaëla Healing & Sound must reschedule or cancel an event, all guests will be offered a new date or full credit toward a future experience.

  • For private events or corporate sound sessions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven days before the event.

  • If a private event is canceled by the client with more than ten days’ notice, the balance (excluding the deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future event within six months.

  • Cancellations made within ten days of the event will forfeit all payments made.

3. Refunds

  • Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this work, refunds are not offered for completed sessions, packages, or digital offerings.

  • In special cases, such as double bookings or scheduling errors made by Casa Kaëla Healing & Sound, a full refund or reschedule will be provided immediately.

  • Refunds will only be processed through the original method of payment.

4. Energetic Integrity

Casa Kaëla Healing & Sound is a sacred space for healing and alignment. This policy reflects respect for both your energetic commitment and mine. By booking a session or event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
